REQUEST: Have an unusual situation where any of our tools helped you out, please share it with others.

RESPONSES: My Infinity heater core developed a leek around the tube connection. Infinity dealer wanted $2,200 to replace it--requiring removing the entire dashboard. Identifying where the core was located, next to the firewall, I cut a large access hole in the firewall and was able to use the Tight Fit Tool to remove four Philips screws to replace the tubes. Great product. J. Brady, Carrollton, TX.

Good Morning. We had two of your right angle tools overnighted to our industrial facility. They arrived early this morning as expected. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and friendly. I just wanted to say that your product was 100% successful. We made the repairs to a million dollar machine in a very short time and couldn't have done it without your help. I am very impressed. We will be ordering an assortment of bits as well as one of these units for each technician on staff. Again, GREAT PRODUCT and exceptional service. S. Marks, Pineville, NC.

I work at Toys R Us in Tallahassee florida and have been looking every where for a tool like this, Come in really handy assemblying everything at work. You have made my Day Thanks. Friends at work saw mine and they all want to know where i got it Told them QVC download your cataloge to show everyone I love it and will get more trust me. T. Augustin, Tallahassee, FL.

I used one of your tight-fit drill kits today to install brackets for tire valve extensions on an RV. This is the only tool I have seen that will easily drill through the chrome hub in order to install rivets. I purchased this tool in 1988 when I did a lot of automotive locksmithing. Now that I'm an RV tech I find even more uses, though I have hesitated to use it since my bits were getting worn and I doubted that replacements were available. I came across my original receipt today so I decided to try the internet- gotta love it. I will be ordering some bits. Thanks for the great tool. K.Ballentine, Tampa, FL.

LAST WEEK I ORDERED A RIGHT ANGLE ATTACHMENT. I'VE HAD THE "KIT" FOR YEARS AND THE GEARS FINALLY WENT SOUTH, SO I NEEDED A NEW ATTACHMENT. FIRST OF ALL: THIS TOOL IS WORTH IT'S WEIGHT IN GOLD WHEN YOU NEED IT. I'VE BEEN A MECHANIC FOR 28 YEARS AND THERE IS NOTHING MADE THAT COMPARES TO THE WORK THIS ALLOWS YOU TO DO. SECONDLY: I RECEIVED THE ATTACHMENT IN 2-3 DAYS - AMAZING!. THIRDLY: YOUR PRICE WAS MORE THAN FAIR. I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU HOW PLEASED I AM WITH YOUR TOOL AND YOUR PROMPT SERVICE. HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS! AGAIN, THANKS. C. WEBSTER

"Was very pleased with the delivery time, haven't used the tool as of the time of this E-mail, but I'm confident all promises will be fulfilled." J. Hollingsworth, Fort Lauderdale, FL

"Good, polite and prompt service. Thanks" I. Rickard, Woking Surrey GU21 3DN, UK (United Kingdom)

"The quality of your tools are first rate!" A. Wong, San Francisco, CA

"I'm very happy with the tight-fit drill system. But there is one design weakness worth mentioning, which is that the system can't reliably go backwards because the bits attach to the drive shaft with a screw thread and may unscrew if the drive is put in reverse. I had assumed that the bits would snap on in some fashion. This inability to go backwards is particularly annoying when using the screwdriver bits. Still, the system is the best I've seen, and removing a screw can usually be done using a right angle hand tool with a lot less effort than putting one in." P. Apley, Allston, MA

"I entered an incorrect zip code for my shipping address. A representative from Tight-Fit called me about an hour after I placed the order for the correct zip code. I was quite surprised (pleasantly, of course) to receive such a call so quickly." J. Tkacs, Pittsburgh, PA

"I received the order in a relativly short time considering I'm in Canada. The add doesn't say anything about needing threaded drill bits. I phoned the number on the order and ordered them with no problems. It would be interesting if they had an online catologue. The tool promises to be just what I need." C. Ingram, East St. Paul MB R2E0J9 CA (Canada)

"No problems" D. Ripley, Arlington, TX

"Ordered over the weekend delivered in Australia Thursday morning, it can't get better than that plus the product is great." D. Morris, Melbourne Victoria 3156 AU (Australia)

"Excellent service, Excellent product" W. Crawford, Deatsville, AL

"It has been useful in personal and family auto work involving radio installation and under the dash where there just hasn't been room for a regular hand drill. Also it has been very convenient when drilling pilot holes for securing electric outlet boxes to studs with screws and for work inside finished walls. These were uses I visualized for it and it has not disappointed me. Thank you." R. C. Sheaffer, North Canton, OH

"I've been putting a custom interior and mods in a full sized van. The Tight Fit Drill Kit has been a tremendous help in the engine compartment, under the dash and along the frame. I have installed aux. fuel tank, aux. battery, aux. elect system, along with many interior mods." N. H. Lyon, East Northport, NY

"1. Automobile sound system installation; speakers in dash, under dash, etc. 2. Installation of mini-blinds on the windows of my home.* 3. Installation of safety brackets on the confined contours of a bunk bed set. 4. General household repairs and construction. *Your drill works so well for mini-blind installations that I think you should show an advertizement of a homeowner installing mini-blinds... I'm an electrical engineer. Your drill would be great for adding holes to existing chassis, bud boxes, and electrical test fixtures." E. Rendler, San Jose, CA

"On the advice of a friend, I got one of your Tight Fit Drill Kits. I am a building contractor and could see a need for it occassionally. After having it for some time now I find it used daily in situations I wouldn't have thought of before." T. Hutchings, Fallon, NV

"I used it to install drawer guides in kitchen cabinets. The Tight Fit Drill Kit made the drilling of holes in the sides of the cabinets very easy. After this experience I wouldn't want to attempt any similar project without this tool." G. DuMont, Sacramento, CA

"I drilled out broken exhaust manifold studs that we used to have to remove the cyl. head for. This saved 10 hours at $45.00 plus cost of new gasket kit. This is what I bought it for. I also installed stone guards on the car. This saved removing the rear wheels." N. Jones, Bloomingdale, IL

"Currently building an all metal airplane. Right angle attachment essential tool for much of the drilling." D. W. Disbrow, Vacaville, CA

"Used to install splash guards on automobiles...Used to drill holes through wall studs in order to run wiring for door chimes." H. Rink, Adrian, MI

"Used in rear window of car, not enough room between glass and panel for regular drill. Used under hood of vehicles where room is tight, installing burglar alarms, washer and coolant recovery tanks, body work, solenoids, etc." J. White, Springfield, IL

"Very helpful around home, car, R.V. and boat. Also used for assembly of screen enclosure and building radio controlled model airplanes." G. Schaefer, N. Fort Myers, FL

"Kit was purchased to drill holes in shelf supports which are part of built-in cabinetry in travel trailer. Insufficient clearance with back and side walls of cabinet made job impossible with normal tools. Shelf supports were installed and holes drilled using predrilled holes in shelf as template for a perfect fit." W. Groen, San Jose, CA

"When installing certain parts on auto's I have found that it is next to impossible to get at (an example) installing fender skirts and/or mud flaps is great because there is no need to take tires off the car. I have been restoring my '76 Jeep and, quite frankly, it would be next to impossible to finish it without your amazing product. Whatever the chore is, it fits where other right hand drills can't. Keep up the good work......I also used it for making a tool box! It's also great for installing pop rivets in car bodies." C. A. Eddy, Pontiac, MI
